1. Why should I bring a team to Trinidad?

2. What travel documents do I need?

You will need a valid passport to enter Trinidad. If you don’t have one you should apply now. The United States is now issuing a new passport so apply early. It takes about [8] eight weeks to process. If you hold a passport from any of the following countries, United States, Canada, Caricom and the British Commonwealth you do not require a visa to enter Trinidad. Please check with your travel agency, or contact us for more information.

3. Do I have to go through customs and immigration when I enter the country?

Yes, you will have to go through customs and immigration. We will contact your team with further details before your arrival in Trinidad.

4. Do I need any immunization?

The government of Trinidad does not require visitors to have any immunizations, but you are advised to bring with you, any medicine you are now taking or might need.

5. What is the cost?

The cost of coming to Trinidad as stated before is very reasonable. Lets us know how many are in your team, your intended length of stay and we will give you a price quote. This will cover [3] meals a day, lodging and internal transport.

The airport charges a departure tax of $18.00us per person. You might wish to bring some extra spending money for souvenirs, shopping and snacks. Sometimes you might want to take some gift items to love one’s back home.

Yes, our tap water is safe to drink. We also have bottled drinking water.

9. What is the diet in Trinidad consisting of?

You will be having a variety of Trinidadian and Caribbean foods. This will include roti [similar to a pita bread] rice, meats, vegetables etc.

Yes. We will have people waiting for you at the airport. Transportation will also be provided to take you and your luggage to your staying accommodations.

You can purchase a calling card upon arrival in Trinidad, or go to a calling center. We also have Internet cafes that you can send and receive e-mails.
