LAND CERTIFICATE
This is great way to help the people of Trinidad and Tobago. Land in Trinidad is very expensive. We need your help towards obtaining one acre of land, on which to build a church and homeless shelter. You can do so by purchasing at least [1] one square ft. of land at $25.00us a sq. ft. This will go a long way to help establish a permanent place of worship for the people in Trinidad and Tobago. We pray that one day you will come to Trinidad and see the land that you help to purchase. The names of every-one that participate in this venture, will be entered in a book of founding members, and will be remembered consistently in our prayers.
PLANNING MISSIONS
The average cost per individual is around $600.00us for a return ticket, from the United States. Airlines usually give discounts to groups of [15] fifteen or more people. Food [three meals a day] and lodging [housing in a very safe community] is very reasonable at $35.00us per day, per person. There is an additional cost [departure tax] of $18.00us per person, plus the cost of transport within the island. You will travel on the island in a private bus, [similar to a church van] known as a maxi taxi. HOME REPAIR
Due to the high cost of living and poverty on the island, many families are forced to live in shacks and on the streets. Housing and home repairs are desperately needed, so we encourage you to be a part of this ministry. To do this though, you will have to bring the hand and electric tools that you will need. The materials can be purchased on the island. If you desire this can be done prior to your arrival [with funds sent ahead] so that it would be available upon your arrival.
MEDICAL MISSIONS
Medical mission teams are urgently needed to reach those without medical care or the money to access such care, especially those in the outer parts of Trinidad. Children in the orphan homes, and the elderly, are truly in need of Medical care, and which for many reasons, they cannot get. Some of which are [and not limited to] shortage of doctors and nurses, shortages in hospital beds and medicine, no money, or the lack of transport to get them to a medical facility. We hope that you would seriously consider partnering with us, to help those that are in great need.
VOCATION BIBLE SCHOOL
This ministry is in need of people, who can do such things as puppet shows, drama, crafts and balloon creations, sing songs, play games, and relate to the children. By winning the children for Christ, you also get the opportunity to meet and know their parents.
SCHOOL MINISTRY
This is the ideal environment to meet young people of all walks of life in a central place. These are young teenagers who might not want to go to church, or have an opportunity to do so. They probably never had some one share Christ with them. Testimonies, bible lesson, puppet show, drama etc. is a great way to convey God’s love and the plan of salvation. This is a good mission field for young people to get involved in.
ORPHAN HOME MINISTRY
These are the forgotten children of Trinidad. This is a compassionate ministry. These children are in desperate need of our love and care. People usually don’t go into these places so we as Christians have a lot to do to teach them about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to give them the love they never had.
These young children are in great need of clothing, personal medical and hygiene care. Many of these children have never celebrated a birthday, or have been given a gift at Christmas time.
